A New Awakening

Every time you hold this stillness – the absolute calm – even for a second or two – your cells will begin to regenerate in alignment with your true beingness. Rejuvenation is important for DNA activation and keeping up with the increasing frequencies. We spend a lot of time releasing and clearing; be sure to balance the shed of the old with focus on the New. --Sandra Walter

It is a perfect day, such as makes one in love with the earth.

The Dance

An open heart is the portal to the eyes to the soul. When we begin to see and feel through the eyes of the soul we connect to the oneness of the universe and become, not merely an onlooker, but an active participant, a creative force performing with and fully integrated within the magnificent, cosmic dance of life. ~ Mary Anne Byrne

A Quote by Thomas Merton on spirituality

“Every moment and every event of every man’s life on earth plants something in his soul. For just as the wind carries thousands of winged seeds, so each moment brings with it germs of spiritual vitality that come to rest imperceptibly in the minds and wills of men. Most of these unnumbered seeds perish and are lost, because men are not prepared to receive them: for such seeds as these cannot spring up anywhere except in the good soil of freedom, spontaneity and love. – Thomas Merton

Autumn Stroll

Mother Nature never fails to grab our attention with her beautiful painting of scenery the beauty the flood of light, leaves splashed with every sharp shade that nature can bestow.  Autumn leaves, yellow, green, orange rich colors swirl around me,

Which road do I choose?

Autumn’s approaching, we love to see the trees and all their colors in this season.

from Endymion

A thing of beauty is a joy for ever:
Its loveliness increases; it will never
Pass into nothingness; but still will keep
A bower quiet for us, and a sleep
Full of sweet dreams, and health, and quiet breathing.
Therefore, on every morrow, are we wreathing
A flowery band to bind us to the earth,
Spite of despondence, of the inhuman dearth
Of noble natures, of the gloomy days,
Of all the unhealthy and o’er-darkened ways
Made for our searching: yes, in spite of all,
Some shape of beauty moves away the pall
From our dark spirits. Such the sun, the moon,
Trees old and young, sprouting a shady boon
For simple sheep; and such are daffodils
With the green world they live in; and clear rills
That for themselves a cooling covert make
‘Gainst the hot season; the mid forest brake,
Rich with a sprinkling of fair musk-rose blooms:
And such too is the grandeur of the dooms
We have imagined for the mighty dead;
All lovely tales that we have heard or read:
An endless fountain of immortal drink,
Pouring unto us from the heaven’s brink.

Morning. A place called “Restaurant”. On the way to the lake. Lager.

Autumnal Afternoon

Mother nature allows me to see the true beauty in life beyond materialistic possessions. Look around you at nature and you will see the art of “energy balance” at play – the spring is followed by autumn, if the trees were like humans they would make an effort to retain their blossoms through out the year, in order to “look good”, and finally get exhausted, because they missed the rest period given by autumn, and lose their capacity for quality blossoms. Nature, in its pure form, is naturally in a state of inner wholeness – this is the natural state of being of life-energy, the state of stability.

Why not let Mother Nature decorate for you. A leaf strewn aisle is even lovelier than a petal strewn one.
