Worry is focused energy. Where attention goes, energy flows and we create. The more we worry about something the more we inject it with the energy of fear and the more likely it is to happen, or escalate the problem. Shift your attention from worrying about the issue and keep your mind where your hands are eg. if you’re making the bed, focus fully on making the bed, hold the mind still and stop thinking. The mind is like a muscle, we can train it to be strong, disciplined, focused and still, rather than letting it jump around like a monkey creating havoc. If there is something that really concerns you, it is far better to place your attention/energy on a Higher Power and ask for help and guidance, then let the issue go. In letting go of worry, we create the space for solution to arrive quickly. But if we hold on to worry, stress, resentment or any emotion that generates fear, there is no space (stillness) in the mind for Higher Power to enter and intuitively guide. Today I choose to use every problem or challenge I encounter as an opportunity to practice GOING HIGHER.
